The Program
Our Story begins on Queensland's sub tropical Gold Coast as we follow Jamie to the safety production team meeting to set up the plans for the episodes challenge. Tension runs high, as Jamie's safety and fears become paramount. Historical events and motivations come into play, emotions float to the surface. Our experts explain the dangers ahead.
You are now on the 'Ocean Survivor” journey as Jamie prepares himself physically and mentally. Entering the water, the emotion builds as the challenge begins. We hang on the outcome, will Jamie succeed, become endangered or worse.
Man vs Ocean / Ocean Survivor
Television series, 10-part - half hour
The "Ocean Survivor" project is ten gripping, half hour episodes of man verse’s ocean. Nine-time world paddle board champion and elite ocean athlete Jamie Mitchell will embark on an amazing journey as he attempts to complete a series of extremely dangerous ocean based challenges culminating in him attempting to surf a 80 foot wave.

Outline
Based on Queensland's Gold Coast, we follow Jamie on an emotional roller coaster as he chases down and attempts dangerous ocean based challenges all aimed at strengthening and educating him for his ultimate goal of riding a 80-foot wave.
The Challenges increase Jamie's fitness, strength and mental conditioning for ocean survival. Each challenge is also based on actual ocean survival recreations and will be documented and used for ocean survival education.
